By placing a bulk or corporate order with Perikles Noir, you agree to the following terms:

Minimum Order: Bulk pricing applies to orders of 10 or more units.

Ordering: Bulk orders may be placed via Purchase Order (PO) or by email confirmation.

Net 30 Terms: Available for approved corporate accounts upon credit approval. Payment is due strictly within 30 days of the invoice date.

Shipping & Handling: While we take every precaution to ensure our bean-to-bar chocolate arrives in pristine condition in cold packaing, Perikles Noir is not responsible for heat damage or delays caused by third-party carriers.

Final Sale: Due to the artisanal and perishable nature of our products, all bulk and corporate orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, except for documented shipping damage reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Brand Use: Any use of Perikles Noir trademarks/logos must be approved in advance and may not imply endorsement.

Usage: Products are intended for gifting and professional use only; unauthorized resale is strictly prohibited.
