Order Processing & Shipping

All orders are carefully handcrafted and processed within 3–5 business days. Once ready, your chocolates are shipped via USPS or UPS. Please be mindful of current weather temperatures. If temperatures are above 70 degrees Fahrenheit, we strongly suggest you purchase a cold pack to ensure your chocolate doesn't melt during transit and/or choose a faster shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a UPS OR USPS tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package and know exactly when your chocolates will arrive. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update once your order has been shipped.

Return, Refunds & Exchanges:

At Perikles Noir, every chocolate bar is handcrafted in small batches to ensure the highest quality and freshness. Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

We want every experience with our chocolate to be exceptional. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unsatisfactory, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and photos of the product. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Please note:

We cannot accept returns of perishable food products.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

All refunds and replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis to ensure your satisfaction.

Our goal is to make sure your chocolate experience is nothing less than luxurious.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an address error, additional shipping fees will be required to resend the order. Order will be resent as is with no alteration to the inside of the package. If weather has changed and insulation is needed, you will have the option to purchase insulation.

Warm Weather

Chocolate is temperature-sensitive and may soften or melt in warm conditions.

To preserve quality during transit, we offer optional cold pack and insulated packaging upgrades at checkout. Because temperatures vary by region and change frequently, we do not automatically include cold protection. This allows customers to choose the level of protection appropriate for their climate and delivery timing.

We strongly recommend purchasing cold pack and insulation during warmer months or when shipping to hot climates.

Please note:

We are not responsible for melting if protective packaging is declined.

Once your package leaves our facility, we cannot control carrier handling or weather conditions during transit.

Melted chocolate that can be re-solidified does not qualify as damaged.

Each order is shipped with care, but temperature protection selection is the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as Delivered by UPS or USPS, responsibility transfers to the carrier.

If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation:

Please first contact UPS or USPS directly to initiate a claim.

We are happy to assist with documentation when possible.

We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered.
